1. Discovery Phase

• Discovery Call - (Complimentary) 15 - 20 min. phone conversation

• Project discussion

• Client Survey in preparation of Consultation

• Client Consultation Booking- 1.5 - 2 hrs

• Design Questionnaire Analysis

• Walk-through of project area(s)

• Review Design requirements, challenges, aspirations & style preferences

• Analysis of project & feasibility fit

• Decision to move forward on Full Service Design/ Decorating Project or Virtual online programming

 

2. Design Phase

• Creation of Full Design Development of Project Scope

• Floor plans, layouts & 3D Renderings

• Analysis of survey & feasibility of project fit

• Minimum 4-6 weeks development depending on project scope

• All spaces designed to reflect your lifestyle and vision (topics include, timelines, space planning, measurements, paint selection, choosing properly scaled furniture, finishes & applications, art work, etc.

3. Procurement Phase

• Full engagement in procurement of all furniture and all applications

• Spec. book created for General Contractor and other Trades

4. Execution Phase

• Project Management including construction (where applicable), arrival of all project products and installation

• Photos of finished project

• Project Wrap-up
